Medical Needs

Does your child have any Medical Conditions, including any limitations in mobility, that we need to be made aware of that could affect the safety of your child and/or their ability to participate full in a class setting? REFUND + PAYMENT POLICY

-REFUNDS- All payments must be made through ZELLE or VENMO. You will be invoiced within 48 hours of when your completed Registration Form is received. While ZELLE is our preferred payment method, VENMO is available but will include an additional fee of 1.9% +0.10. Additional VENMO Fees are subject to change. GROUP CLASSES NO Refunds if cancellation is made less within one week prior to class start date. MISSED CLASSES If you must miss your Group Class for any reason, a maximum of two makeup classes are available. SPECIAL EVENTS, PRIVATE LESSONS + MINI MASTERCLASSES If, for some reason, you are unable to make your scheduled Event, Private Lesson or Mini Masterclass, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to receive a full refund. No call-no shows will not be refunded. If you made your appointment within 48 hours of its scheduled time, the fee is non-refundable. CLASS CANCELLATION In the case of emergency or inclement weather, and we need to cancel an event or class for any reason, makeup classes will be available. We will do our best to give you as much notice as possible via email, text, and social media. —Paying for your Event, Class or Lesson means you agree to abide by the Refund + Payment Policy stated here—

PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER

PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER I give consent for myself or my child to be photographed, videotaped or filmed while participating in "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" activities and for the resulting images and voices to be used by "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" for promotional purposes. Children's names will never be released/displayed in any public forum (including print and/or social media) in conjunction with their picture.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER FOR ACTIVITIES, CLASSES, AND OTHER PROGRAMS CONDUCTED BY "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC"

"FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a registration of an individual or group based on improper behavior by child participant and/or parent that violates of our Code of Conduct. CODE OF CONDUCT. We hold every person participating in and/or present for our classes, events and activities in the highest regard and, therefore, expect them to conduct themselves in the highest degree of decorum. Verbal, physical, or emotional violence and words or actions espousing Sexism, Antisemitism, Racism, White Nationalism, any Color, Ethnic or Religious Supremacy, Xenophobia, anti-LGBTQ+, discrimination towards any Religion, Ableism, or Ageism is not permitted. We believe that all people have value and are worthy of respect, love and the space to live as they choose without others espousing judgment either verbally or physically towards them. If any words or actions are perceived by Staff to fall under any of the above categories, or if a complaint is made by another Participant or Family, we will respectfully request to discuss the incident with all Parties involved first before any action is taken. We understand that humanity is complex and that for us to bridge the gap of misunderstanding, communication is paramount. If all attempts were made by "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" to rectify the situation and it has been deemed that any Party refuses to cooperate and/or that it is not a misunderstanding or the innocent action of an emotionally immature and still developing child, but rather it is a deep-seated hate that could be harmful to fellow Participants if allowed to continue, then the Registration of that "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" deems the offending party will be canceled and withdrawn and will not be refunded. "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" will not be held liable for any conduct perpetuated by Registrants, and/or their Families, Acquaintances, and/or Guests and Staff of the class/lesson location. "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" also understands that children are still growing and developing a sense of morality, their place in the world, and navigating the delicate art of relationships with the people around them. As such, they often say and do things that they do not fully understand or mean. Grace will always be given to a minor. Always. We reserve the right to exhaust all means of rectification and/or restorative justice to foster understanding and respect instead of outright rejection and isolation which has the potential can lead to more hate, either internalized or externalized, depression, and anxiety. RELEASE OF LIABILITY The undersigned agrees that, in consideration for allowing a Parent/Legal Guardian or Child to participate in programs and other activities conducted by "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" and further in consideration of "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" allowing Parents/Legal Guardians and their Child/ren, Family, Guests, and Acquaintances to enter and use the facilities owned, leased, or otherwise provided by "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" (the “Facilities”), for Yourself and Your Child and their Parents, Heirs, or any assigned personal and legal representatives and estate, fully and completely release, discharges and holds harmless "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC", and its directors, trustees, officers, employees, agents, insurers, instructors, coaches, caregivers, and volunteers (collectively “its agents and employees”) from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, and damages of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage, arising out of You and/or your child’s participation in any program or activity at "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" or the Facilities. The undersigned acknowledges and recognizes there are inherent risks involved in certain activities or recreational activities at the "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" and the Facilities and the undersigned and myself or my child assumes the risk of any injury sustained while at "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" or at the Facilities. The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" and its agents and employees from any and all claims arising out of the child’s participation in any program or activity at "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" or the Facilities, even if such claim arises as a result of a negligent act or omission of "FREEWOODS FILMS LLC" or its agents and employees.
